I AM THE ELECTRIC DRILL QUEEN!!...

I put up a bunch of bathroom fixtures today. Twas great fun, although the toilet did get in the way of the step ladder a wee bit.

I was supposed to sreen a bunch of shale, after building the screen of course, but it started to rain, so I decided to get some stuff done in the bathroom instead. My mum and I had gone to Walmart earlier (and spent a good half hour debating over the different shower curtains..) and gotten a bunch of stuff, which is now residing in my bathroom.

I went in to see the foot orthotic peoples this morning to get the measurements and whatnot all done for my orthotics. Then I thought we'd be going right home, but nooooo. We ran around all morning. Bleugh. And then when we pulled into the Petro Canada to put some air in my one tire, my mum and I both heard a very loud hissing noise... Turns out my front right tire, which had had a weak spot in it already, had completely given out and was madly leaking away. The hole in the side of the tire is about a centimeter long and absolutely non-fixable. Hurrah... And since my spare isn't the EXACT same kind of tire as the other three, I'm not allowed to put my car into four wheel drive until we get another tire. So I had better have a new tire before May long, because May long means McLean Creek!!!! Wheeeee. I may or may not do a lot of off-roading this year. Seems every time I've gone, something has happened to my poor wee car, so I might take it easy this time around.

The last few days my stomach and I have not been getting along very well. I don't think I'm sick or anything, I just think my stomach hates me. My throat too. Although that's sore because I probably am getting a cold or something, but hopefully the large doses of Cold FX I'm taking will kill that off.

In other news.. DEZ NEEDS TO BE SPAYED! Not immediately, but if not within the very near future, we are all going to have to suffer through about a week of yowly cat. And my mum didn't believe me when I said she should have been spayed about a month ago......
