So it turns out that my clutch wasn't actually dead! Yay! What happened was, a while ago Ted (my mum's bf) replaced the clutch cable because the old one was all worn and stretched and unhealthy in general. So everything was good after that, until of course my car died. But what happened was that one of the bolts Ted used had cracked and had almost entirely fallen off, so the cable really wasn't doing anything, hence why I couldn't shift.

So that was really nice, not having to pay several hundred dollars for a new clutch. And they even aimed my headlights properly so now I can actually SEE when I'm driving. Before, my highbeams were worse than most people's low beams. Needless to say, I didn't use my low beams much.. With my low beams on, I couldn't actually see more than about 8 feet in front of my car. But NOW!! :> With my highbeams on, I can even see stuff off to the side of the road! It's so awesome. I'm happy.
