I worked out this morning. It was, well, not fun, but that's because I don't really like working out, but I thought I owed it to my poor abs to do so. I actually did quite a bit! I was doing reps so I didn't really notice how much I was doing until after I was all done and thought about it.

I did 140 situps, 100 sideways-type situps (100 on both sides that is), then 48 back raises (lie on your stomach, stick your feet under something heavy, then lift your upper body off the ground), 80 well I have no idea what they're called, but you lie on your back in the fetal position I guess, then you straighten and lower your legs so that they're about an inch off the ground, then you lift them back up, and then I did somewhere around 20 pushups. By that point I didn't really feel like doing a lot of pushups, even though they're easy.
