Grrrrrrrrr. I bought a webcam yesterday and was all excited that I had a new toy, BUT IT WON'T WORK!!!! I've just about memorized every single thing on the company's website, especially everything pertaining to help and troubleshooting, and I've tried everything! I've even got the customer service people stumped. Well, the ones that you e mail at any rate. I got referred to live tech support, only that they don't have Canadian numbers, so there'd be long distance charges involved and all that whatnot. Easy to install my foot. Hah!! This sucks.
