One of the Canadian gymnasts at the Olympics this year is Adam Wong, who I happen to know! Well, ok, so I've never actually talked to him, but he trains where I coach gymnastics so I've seen him and therefore COULD have talked to him..

Anyway, I think it's really cool that he's there. I do believe you can watch him in action on CBC tonight after 6:00. I'm not sure exactly what time the gymnastics coverage will be on, but starting at 6:00 is when CBC's showing more stuff. So there ya go! :>

In other, rather less exciting news, Mike (the guy I work with at the kennel) found some gay bees. Either that or they were in a fight to the death, because they were QUITE attached to each other. They were on the wire of one of the outdoor cat runs, and Mike tried to squish them, but they flew off (still attached) and he said it was his life's mission to find them in the grass where they landed and kill them. Not much of a life mission if you ask me, but boys will be boys. So off he went bee-hunting in the lawn. He did actually end up finding them and stepping on them. Sad, now his life will have no purpose. His life's mission being complete and all. I can't remember what he said he'd do for the rest of his life now that that was finished. Tromp on other bee's gay rights I suppose.
