I had fun with the machete today. :> Mum and I were out in the bush clearing a pathway for the horses. This is in one of the "wildlife preservation" areas set up by the construction people, but mum wants to put horses in there cause there's lots of grass and whatnot. So we were in there clearing a path so that you can get through while leading a horse. That sort of thing. And I had the machete. *Demonic grin* It was fun.

I also became a machete murderer today. (No I didn't hack mein mum to pieces. How would I get all the gates open AND fend off the horses AND drive back all at the same time if I did that?..) There was a rather large grasshopper sitting on a tree right beside me and I was quite tempted to see if I could cut it in half. I had no doubt the machete could, I just didn't know whether or not I'd hit it. So I asked my mum first if I should kill it, and she said sure, so I did. And then she was horrified at me for doing so. She's a strange breed. Anyway, I had such perfect aim, that I got the grasshopper exactly in the middle and he sufered no undue pain or torture.
