my house is very odd. and not only in the fact that it was built in 1950 and therefore has green and red and beige tile in several rooms (checkered type pattern. quite disgusting.) and used to have pastely lime green with red trim indoor paint, until it was covered up. nor is it entirely odd because it is insulated with cardboard paper, but because it is somewhat possessed. or something anyway. you see, lights turn off on their own. not the switches, but the light just suddenly goes out and then you have to go and turn the switch off then back on. it's quite alarming when it does it to you at 2 in the morning when you have gotten up to go to the bathroom. also the printer has turned on completely of it's own accord before and then started printing nonsense on it's own. generally it prints nonsense whenever it feels like it which is quite annoying because usually it starts this half way through a page that you actually need. it also doesn't seem to like printing double sidedly every so often and stops halfway through and forgets what it was printing and then starts spitting out gobledegook. and then there's the scanner, which has actually been on very good behaviour as of late. usually you try and scan something and it just makes the computer die. which i suppose is more of a slow computer problem than of a household object possession problem. but still. and then there is my cell phone which will sometimes make the computer make strange noises. it also makes the stereo in my car do that. sometimes it does it just before someone calls and warns you. actually i think it might be me that does that.... or i've taken in too much cell phone radiation.. because my car's done that when i didn't even have my phone with me. and there's my computer itself, which every so often decides that it's going to open a file menu and then whatever key you have just pushed selects something and then suddenly you have selected a porn site as your browser homepage. (has no yet happened to me, but of course, now that i have voiced the possibility, it will.) and my mum's tv. hahahaha. i just learned this tonight, but when you've been watching it for a while, it starts to change channels on it's own. it just started doing that too as far as i know, because it used to be our main tv, and i have never seen it do that before. and i believe that is all. or, all that i can think of just now anyway.

i love not matching when i wear clothes (which is a good deal of the time...). right now i'm wearing my green and white striped pyjama pants (which remind me of spearmint candy canes, only not quite as dark green), a white shirt with red sleeves, BRIGHT orange socks and a pastel type neon orange bandana. i even went out in public like this. well, i went to pick up hali and her friend from a movie. technically i didn't get out of the car and as far as i know people only ever saw the bandanna and the shirt, but still. it counts.
