my knees have their own weather system. you've heard of old men who can predict when it's going to rain or snow because of their knees? well i'll now be able to do the same, except only for a very, very local area, i.e. just above my ankles and just below my hips.
i discovered this amazing phenomena when i was walking to the parkade after finishing my classes for the day and i was wearing jeans and so i was kinda hot, but my knees in particular were really hot. they were the kind of hot where it almost feels cold. anyway, so the rest of me is only slightly boiling and then my knees are roasting. hence, the own weather system. now i must determine if this only happens on exceptionally warm days or if it works on other days too. and also if their weather changes from time to time. hmmm.. maybe i am some sort of modern miracle. maybe they'll give me money for being such and i can retire.
