THE BATIKING HAS COMMENCED!!!!! YESSS!!!!!!!! i need a thinner paint brush. poo. but oh well, that's what you get for wanting lots of detail i suppose. i'm not sure if it's going to work right in one spot, because i started putting the wax on before it was hot enough, so i'm not sure if it's gone all the way through. i may try and scrape it off, or i'll just wax the back too and then hope for the best. hopefully it'll love lovely and i won't have to do it again. i'm going to have to figure out where to get actual batik dye. hmmmm. i have several (2) art students on the job as we speak. i'm also going to have to find somewhere that sells nice, plain t-shirts. the ones from michael's don't fit quite right and they're not the very bestest material. they'll stretch out and go funny after a while i think.

i only had one class today. it was so great. you see, my math 249 lab was cancelled so i only had to go to my math 221 lecture. very nice indeed. and because we didn't finish the entire chapter, I DON'T HAVE ANY HOMEWORK BECAUSE I FINISHED IT ALL ON THE WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!! oh yea! muahahhahahhahaha...... it's quite odd to not be doing homework... i feel as if i'm forgetting something and will find out tomorrow what a very terrible mistake i have made. i do have a german midterm tomorrow. hmmmm. fun. i think i'll be fine. i just have to remember all the different cases... nominative, accusative, dative, genitive. der die das die, den die das die, dem der den dem (i think), des der des der. YES!!!! and i know my alphabet, and i know my irregular verbs (essen=isst, fahren=fähr, sehen=seicht, sprechen=spricht) and congugating.. umm.... ich=e, du=et??, er, sie and es=t, hmm... we shall have to look at that one again i believe...

and i'm sure there was something else i was going to say....... oh well! there is always something i am going to say and i never remember. perhaps later on i write about it without even realizing that i have remember, being that i am too concerned with the newest thing that i have forgotten.
